    Adams City’s Triston Tearode was a second-team, all-Eastern Metro Athletic Conference choice this season in boys basketball. He was the only Eagles’ player to make the all-conference rosters.
   On the girls side, Sonia DeLuna, Jasmine Flores and Zelle Moore were honorable-mention picks for the Eagles in all-conference voting.
   Neither squad qualified for the state tournament.
