Adams County, in conjunction with 4H Extension, will host a series of open forum sessions to discuss changes to the 2013 fair and plans for the fair’s 110th anniversary in 2014.
Fair management recently reviewed all areas of the fair as they relate to attendance numbers, revenues and expenses, as well as feedback received from surveys, Facebook and Twitter comments and emails. The consensus is that a long-term strategy and outlook for the fair is needed to keep this time-honored tradition viable.
Your opinion matters to the Adams County Fair management! Please consider joining us at open forum sessions April 3 and May 1 to share your ideas, comments and suggestions. The meetings will begin at 6 p.m. at the Adams County Regional Park Complex Administrative Offices, 9755 Henderson Road, Brighton. Additional sessions are planned for Oct. 2 and Nov. 6.
