Adams County Commissioner Eva Henry, left, joined Brighton City Council member Wayne Scott and Barr Lake State Park Manager Michelle Suebert for the grand re-opening of the park’s gazebo Saturday morning at the first annual Eagle Fest. The cost to renovate the gazebo was accomplished with a Adams County grant. This year park officials announced that more than 40 Bald Eagles made Barr Lake their winter home. (Photo by John Carr)
