COMMERCE CITY -- Fire heavily damaged several storage buildings in Commerce City March 19 near the intersections of East 73rd Avenue and Oneida Street.

Quick action by firefighters kept the fire from spreading to a nearby apartment building.

The fire is under investigation by the Commerce City Police Department and local fire officials.
