In a scene typical of visitors to Yellowstone National Park, Commerce City’s own Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge bison create a traffic jam of their own on a recent afternoon. Visitors to the refuge are treated to the opportunity to see bison up close and personal as they travel the Wildlife Loop Road.
