County briefs -- Valentine’s Day blood drive in Adams County

 Adams County, in conjunction with Bonfils Blood Center, is hosting a blood drive from 10 to 11:40 a.m. and 1 to 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 14, at the Adams County Administration Building, Platte River Rooms C & D.
