Reyes pleads guilty, draws fine

BRIGHTON -- Adams County Assessor Gil Reyes plead guilty to a mideameanor charge of failure to report a gift and was fined $300.

Reyes faced three potential violations of state statutes dealing with honoraria, payments for professional services rendered nominally without charge. The Adams County District Attorney's Office charged Reyes with one count. The statute of limitations expired on the other two cases.
