Richard David Medina, 66, of Commerce City, died Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013, at his home.
Born Jan. 21, 1947, in Alamosa, he was the son of the late Frank Medina and the late Inez Montoya Medina.
Richard was an avid Broncos fan, a true car buff loving the classics as well as muscle cars. He also loved his pet Chihuahuas. Richard loved to travel and always looked forward to going to the post for Karaoke night.
Surviving are brothers, Wilfred Medina and Joe Lloyd Medina; sisters, Dorothy Quintana and Maria (Jose Glynn) Martinez.
A funeral service took place Feb. 19 at Our Lady Mother of the Church, 6690 E. 72nd Ave. in Commerce City, with Father Tomasz Wikarski officiating. Interment followed at Elmwood Cemetery in Brighton.
