Tierra Thirsk, a member of Commerce City Girl Scout Troop 1632, joined fellow members of her scout troop to sell cookies at the King Soopers store at Chambers Road and East 104th Avenue. Girl Scout Cookies are the No. 1 fundraiser for local organizations and will be on sale thru the first week in March. Proceeds from the sale of cookies help fund various scouting activities.
