Man arrested in Commerce City stabbing

Police have arrested a man in connection two stabbings at Snowy Range Motel, 7050 Colorado Highway 2, that sent two other men to the hospital Wednesday, Feb. 15, according to Commander Greg Sadar.

Police found Richard Anthony Thompson, about 27, near the hotel and arrested him, after talking to one of the victims at a nearby hospital who suffered stab wounds in his side and back, Sadar said. The victim called police from a 7-Eleven near the motel, Sadar said.
