COMMERCE CITY — A new home in the Potomac Farms development in Henderson has earned a spot on the 2014 Denver Parade of Homes.

The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath, 2,049-square-foot home at 11407 E. 119th Place is among the 74 new homes named to the Parade, as announced by the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver last month.

The homes, including this one built by Oakwood Homes, will be open for viewing 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursdays through Sundays starting Aug. 7 through Sept. 1. The home tours are free and open to the public.

“We are very excited about this year’s event,” said Cortney Ridens, chair of the 2014 Parade of Homes. “Thanks to our participating builders and sponsors, we are pleased to feature a wide diversity of new homes in more communities this year.”

Four other Oakwood-built homes in Denver and Longmont are featured in this year’s Parade.
