French gets a different view of all-state games

ALAMOSA – Brighton girls basketball coach Jim French made his effort in the Colorado High School Coaches Association all-state games seem like another regular-season game.

Between research, keen drafting and a draft board, French came up with a team that dominated its semifinal game June 8 at Alamosa High School by 34 points. His squad also won the title game the next afternoon.
